These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BOMAtlas (bomatlas.com), operated by Ocean Edgewater, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing BOMAtlas, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

BOMAtlas is a supply chain intelligence platform that provides publicly available information about companies, trade schools, CAGE codes, and related data. We aggregate data from federal sources (SAM.gov, IPEDS, College Scorecard) and present it in a searchable format.

2. Use of the Service

You may use BOMAtlas for lawful purposes, including:

• Searching for suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors
• Looking up CAGE codes and company information
• Browsing trade school and workforce data
• Research and competitive analysis

You may not:

• Scrape or bulk-download data in a manner that degrades service for others
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting data or creating an account
• Use the service to harass, defraud, or harm any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system

3. Account Registration

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Data Accuracy

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is current or error-free. Company data is sourced from federal registries and may lag behind real-time changes. Always verify critical information directly with the relevant entity.

5. Intellectual Property

The BOMAtlas platform, design, and proprietary features are owned by Ocean Edgewater, LLC. Underlying company data sourced from federal registries remains in the public domain. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary platform components without written permission.

6. API Usage

If you access BOMAtlas via API, you agree to respect rate limits and usage guidelines. Excessive automated requests may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions.

7. Limitation of Liability

BOMAtlas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on data presented on the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of BOMAtlas after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will note the effective date at the top of this page.
