Highline College, accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities, offers a Nursing Assistant Certificate (CNA) program completed in four weeks through classroom, lab, and clinical training. It also provides an Associate in Pre-Nursing degree program.

The Running Start program enables high school juniors and seniors to earn college credits and a high school diploma simultaneously at no tuition cost. Financial aid includes VA benefits, Pell Grants, Title IV aid, WIOA, scholarships, and payment plans.
