The nursing program, developed in 1971, is one of South Carolina's largest. Medical Interpreter Training and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Training are also available, with EMT certification provided.

Accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, the college offers VA and Title IV financial aid.

Programs are available online, and the college features a Simulation Technologies Training (STAT) Center for learning.
