3Interview patients to obtain comprehensive medical histories.

cerebrovascular accidents, neoplasms, infectious or inflammatory diseases,
degenerative diseases, head traumas, demyelinating diseases, and various forms of
dementing illnesses.
5Provide education or counseling to individuals and families.
